Realtor® Member Benefits
The ability to network and grow your business by accessing our 1800+ membership of Realtors® and Business Partners
Our yearly calendar dues in 2023 are $125 for local dues.
Total dues including local, state and national are $440.00.
If you have never been a REALTOR before you will need to pay a one time New Member Application Fee of $250.00 in addition to the yearly dues. However, you would qualify for prorated dues! If you have been a REALTOR before and you are transferring from another association there is a $24.99 transfer fee + your dues; and finally if your license has been in retirement and you are reactivating it you will have to pay a $24.99 reactiviation fee + your yearly dues!

Free CE Professional Development through Education:
All of our educational offerings (except certifications & designations) are FREE to you! This means that you can get the 16 hours of continuing education that you need to renew your license at no additional cost! (This is inclusive of your required TREC Core class which is required by The Tennessee Real Estate Commission & The Code of Ethics class which is required by The National Association of REALTORS®). Right now, all of our education is offered virtually via zoom. This is constantly being updated as trainers are confirmed and logistics confirmed. Certificates & Designations:
We do offer nationally recognized certifications or designations at a minimal cost. The cost to you is just what we would have to pay to other entities (i.e., The National Association). We pay the cost of the trainer.
Advocacy:
In the real estate industry, politics play a major role in homeownership, property rights, developments and much more. We work to monitor legislation, meetings, and policies that affect our communities at the local, state and national levels.
Sentrilock Products:
Just like most of the associations in the Middle Tennessee Area, we keep SentiCards, Locks & Batteries onsite for you. The majority of the associations here in Middle Tennessee keep these products onsite and available for you via the contract with RealTracs.
Professional Standards:
The purpose of professional standards is to uphold our commitment to The National Code of Ethics which was adopted in 1913. We have our own Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Panel, Ombudsman & Mediation Services. The purpose is to uphold the high standards of the real estate industry. We offer dispute resolution services between you and your peers and also with the public if they have an ethics or arbitration complaint. Want to learn more about our Code of Ethics? Click HERE!
Networking Opportunities:
We hold luncheons and other special events at a minimal cost (Luncheons are $10.00 to attend) to build relationships with fellow REALTORS & Business Partners. This is your opportunity to expand your professional network and build relationships. Luncheons are centered around us rallying together for a charitable organization (Encourage but not required to bring an item to help the charity! For example: An item for a food pantry, or a book for a school.) We also use the luncheons as a lunch and learn opportunity for you to hear topics that are relevant to our community and/or the real estate industry.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Committees: We encourage you to get involved with the association by volunteering your time serving on one of our committees. This is an opportunity for you to get to know the inner workings of the association and also provides you an opportunity to provide direction for the association. Service Projects: Throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to participate in volunteer projects that serve to give back, strengthen and improve the quality of lives in our community. These projects are important because as a member, it is our responsibility to seek opportunities to make our communities stronger, vibrant and thriving.
Awards of Excellence Program:
Our Awards of Excellence Program is Based on Net Sales ONLY! You sell houses, land or commercial property, so we feel that you should be awarded based on the purpose of your job. The beginning recognition level is $1,000,000.00 of NET SALES not GROSS Sales.
The Awards of Excellence Program applications will be available in early January and are required to be back in the association’s office before the deadline (which is sometime later in January).
Signs & Brochure Boxes:
We keep a variety of signs in the office for you to purchase for your business. Member prices are just to cover the cost of the product, we do not make money off of this! For example, a Single Rider is $4.00; a Double Rider is $5.00; a Starburst Sign is $5.00; Large Shaped Signs are $10.00 and Extra-Large Signs are $12.00; Brochure Boxes are $15.00 and Wire Stakes are $2.00! For non-members it is the member price about PLUS 50% of the cost of the member price (Single Rider for non-member is $6.00)
Business Partner List:
We keep a list of Business Partners that are affiliated with our association. These are businesses that we have vetted and that are interested in earning your business. You can rest assured that these individuals and companies are respectable. If there are issues and they do not correct the problem, we will remove them from our list of recommended providers. This is important because RCAR’s reputation and, more importantly, YOUR reputation is tied to the resources that you provide and we always want your reputation to be the best!
Your Remote Office in Robertson County:
Once this pandemic clears, we will be opening our office back up to serve as your remote office. (**Please note that currently our office is closed other than staff at this time; however, we are still offering all services just with no contact so if you need signs, sentrilock, etc. we are still here to serve you!) What a remote office means is that if you are in the area during business hours and need something copied, faxed, scanned, a place to meet with clients or a place to conduct a closing (call in advance so we can assure that we have room available please), a restroom, a place to jump on wi-fi etc. this is YOUR office! Here at RCAR we do not forget that they whole reason we are here is because of you, our members.

We know how important GREAT customer service is, so we strive for nothing less here at RCAR! Have a question, not sure who to call or email, give us a call or email and we will point you in the right direction. We strive to answer our phone, not let it go to voice mail.
